NCADA INTERN PROJECT
THE ASK
Alongside a kickass team of fellow interns, I helped brand, create, visualize and write for the NCADA of St. Louis, a local non-profit that focuses on alcohol + drug abuse prevention, advocacy, and support. They came to us with a few asks and concerns that guided the project:
-
Create a corporate voice + identity for their main brand
-
Develop an entire brand guidelines for their junior board, The Wellness Council
-
Provide social + event strategies for The Wellness Council

The Insight
When it came down to it, our intern team took a lot of time to understand who the NCADA and The Wellness Council really were and what they offered their consumers. We found that at their core, they really do whatever they can to help people when it comes to drug and alcohol abuse, support and prevention.
The Strategy
We positioned The NCADA and The Wellness Council, as a trusted friend and the resource to turn to when you need help or want to explore the wellness-minded, sober community in St. Louis. The NCADA won’t judge you if you come to them for help, but instead be the person you turn to when you don’t know what to do next. The Wellness Council is a community of people in the local area who aren’t going to lecture you on why you should attend sober events, but put on accessible events that you want to attend whether you're sober, sober-sometimes, or sober-curious.
